Juffali Industrial Products Company (JIPCO)
In 1974, Daimler AG and E.A Juffali and Brothers decided to set up a first assembly plant in Jeddah. Through the efforts of their staff and the co-operation of their partners, Mercedes-Benz, they succeeded in building the National Automobile industry (NAI) in 1977, which has consistently been rated amongst the best in the world.
In due course, JIPCO was created to provide sales, marketing and after-sales services for the commercial vehicles market.
We have heavily invested in modern workshops with well-trained staff. We operate workshops in Jeddah, Riyadh, Damma, Abha, Jizan, Qassim and in addition, Jubail and Madinah are both under planning.
On top of that we have 18 mobile workshops on the road and for special projects we offer a unique containerized workshop concept to our customers.
Apart from the workshops, we have as well dedicated spare parts outlets in Hofuf, Jeddah Makkah Road Kilo 5, Riyadh (Sulay), Dammam (2nd outlet) Makkah and an outlet in Madinah is under planning.
JIPCO markets a complete range of Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles – from the heavy duty trucks and buses to the smaller vans and coaches. Whether it is for a construction project or for municipal usage, we fulfill your demand with a vehicle ideally suited for the work in hand and made to the most exacting German quality standards. And we do not stop there - with your new vehicle you get training for your drivers and technicians, after-sales service at our workshops, mobile service at your site and of course - backed up by Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts. All of this provided by our trained professionals who pride themselves on keeping their customer’s satisfied.
In addition to the Mercedes-Benz range JIPCO also sells trucks manufactured at Mercedes-Benz wholly owned subsidiaries and buses made by Mercedes-Benz authorized builders, on Mercedes-Benz chassis. All backed up by trained and dedicated JIPCO staff.
Our network of Sales offices, Workshops and Spare parts outlets are available in the major cities of Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Abha, Jizan, Qasim as well as in Hofuf and Makkah (Spare Parts). We are looking to expand our network even further to be able to provide you, with best service at a location near you.
